RETURN POLICY: We pride ourselves on our service, and do all we can to make ordering from us convenient, easy, and enjoyable. We also guarantee your satisfaction with every product you order. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, we'll refund the full merchandise cost less shipping and 15% restocking fee. This policy excludes costume or costume accessory items and clearance items. All return requests must be made within 3 days of receipt of item. Upon request, a Return Authorization Number will be issued. All returns must be sent in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. We will not reimburse you for return shipping charges. All products are guaranteed against defects by the manufacturer's warranty.
MERCHANDISE INFORMATION: Must Have Fun Stuff sells only new name brand products. Our quality products have the same or lower prices as similar items found in most malls and shopping centers. Questions regarding the merchandise can be sent via email.
MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY: We constantly strive to keep our stock updated. Inventory control is monitored daily, but there is always the chance an item will be depleted quickly or unexpectedly. Should this happen, we will give you an immediate full refund.
SHIPPING: Most orders usually ship within three business days excluding weekends and holidays. Products are usually shipped via UPS or FedEx. We're sorry, but we only accept orders shipping to the 48 contiguous United States only. Cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P O Box Numbers or APO addresses. Shipping charges are calculated via the UPS or FedEx database. NOTE: Shipping charges for orders sent to incorrect addresses and returned to us are not refundable, and additional shipping charges will be charged to reship. If order is cancelled, a 10% handling/restocking fee will apply.
SALES TAX: Appropriate state sales tax will only be added to orders shipped to Louisiana.
