Once you submit your order, an e-mail confirming your order as being received will be sent. A second e-mail will be sent notifying you that your order has been shipped along with a tracking number if available.

Orders are shipped within 7 to 10 busniess days after placement excluding weekends and holidays. If item ordered is out-of-stock, immediate notification and refund will occur.

Most orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Please allow at least 10 to 14 days for receipt of order.

The shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. We calculate the estimated shipping cost with our lowest-price shipping method. You will see your actual shipping cost during checkout.

We ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes or APO's. We do not ship outside the USA, including Canada and Mexico at this time. Sorry.

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it within 7 days. This policy excludes "costume" or "costume accessories". There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on costumes or costume accessories. This policy also excludes certain aspects relating to lava lamps. Please see sections below relating to returns of costumes, costume accessories, and lava lamps. If item is returned because of damage or defective, customer will have the option of a refund or exchange. We must be notified by email within 3 days of receipt of item stating damage or defect. At that time, a Return Authorization Number will be issued. If item is returned without damage or defect, shipping on original purchase is non-refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning an item. Returned items must be unused and in re-sellable condition in its original packaging. A 25% restocking fee will apply.

IMPORTANT NOTICE! Lava Brand Lava Lamps as well as other "oozing" motion lamps may become "cloudy" during shipment. The liquid in the lava lamp's globe may become cloudy as a result of the temperature conditions and the vibrations that occur during shipment. A cloudy Lava Lamp is not defective; a cloudy lava lamp functions properly however the liquid medium that the "lava" sits in looks somewhat cloudy. We cannot control the shipping conditions (temperature and vibrations) that cause a Lava Lamp to become cloudy thus we will not shoulder the cost to replace Lava Lamps or other motion lamps that appear to be cloudy. We requires that you consider the occurrence of a cloudy Lava Lamp an inherent risk of shipping any Lava or motion lamp.

ATTENTION! NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON COSTUMES OR COSTUME ACCESSORIES FOR ANY REASON. The standard within the costume industry has always been no refunds or exchanges; greater than 90% of our customers only use these items once. We understand that no one wants things they will never use again, but we do not want them back after someone else uses them either. We only sell new items. After saying that, we hope you are happy with your selection, but we understand that situations with shopping over the Internet arise. We regret any inconvenience, but costumes and costume accessories are non-returnable because of sanitary and hygiene restrictions. Please take this into consideration before purchasing any costume or costume accessory.
